The Starovskiy Village Council is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow province and the Moscow region until 1939.

The Starovskiy village council was formed in the early years of Soviet power. According to 1919, he was part of the Usmer volost of the Bronnitsky district of Moscow province [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included the villages of Old I and Old II, a school and a weaving office [2] .
In 1929, Starovsky s / s was assigned to the Ashitkovsky district of the Kolomna district of the Moscow region. At the same time, Shcherbovsky s / s was attached to it.
On August 31, 1930, the Ashitkovsky district was renamed Vinogradovsky.
January 19, 1934 from the Starovsky s / s was again allocated Shcherbovsky s / s.
July 17, 1939 Starovsky s / s was abolished. At the same time, his only settlement ( Old ) was transferred to the Shcherbovsky s / s [3] .
