Biography

In 1950 he graduated from the Physics Department of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov (with honors), then graduated from the Institute of Crystallography of the USSR Academy of Sciences . A student of academician A.V. Shubnikov .

He worked in the radio industry, since 1962 - in the electronics industry: senior researcher, head of the laboratory, department and scientific and technical department.

Member of the Board of the Ministry of Economic Development of the USSR Candidate (1959), Doctor (1974) of technical sciences. Professor (1975).

He laid the scientific foundations for the construction of piezoelectric transducers. An associate of Sergei Pavlovich Korolev , for his participation in preparing the launch of the first spacecraft with a man on board, was awarded the Lenin Prize.

He was buried at the Novo-Kuntsevsky cemetery in Moscow .
