The Silinsky Village Council is the abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow province and the Moscow region until 1954.

The Silinsky Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1919, he was part of the Usmer volost of the Bronnitsky district of Moscow province.
In 1923, the Silinsky s / s was abolished by joining Medvedevsky s / s , but in 1925 it was restored [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included 1 settlement - the village of Silino [2] .
In 1929, the Silinsky s / s was assigned to the Ashitkovsky district of the Kolomna district of the Moscow region. At the same time, Leonovsky and Pushkin s / s were attached to it.
On August 31, 1930, the Ashitkovsky district was renamed Vinogradovsky.
On April 6, 1951, the village of Bogatishchevo was transferred from the Lashinsky s / s of the Kurovsky district to the Silinsky s / s.
February 15, 1952 their village Levychinsky s / s in Silinsky was transferred to the village Novosyolovo .
June 14, 1954 Silinsky s / s was abolished. At the same time, its territory was merged with Lidinsky s / s into the new Leonovsky s / s [3] .
