Biography
After graduating from the State Technical Technical University (1966), he worked at the Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant as an assistant to the steelworker of the open-hearth shop No. 1. In 1968-1971 he served in the army. Having retired, he returned to the same workshop as a steelworker. In 1995, he was transferred by the refractory team leader to the department for the repair of metallurgical furnaces. In the 1970s, he initiated the competition of Komsomol youth brigades in the Chelyabinsk region; He led the team, repeatedly recognized as the winner of the regional competition.
