Adusimilli Janardhana Varaprasad ( born Adusumilli Janardhan Varaprasad , Telugu అడుసుమిల్లి జనార్ధన వరప్రసాద్ ; better known as Ahuti Prasad , January 2, 1958 - January 4, 2015 ) is an Indian actor. Filmed, according to various sources, from 100 [1] to 300 [2] films in Telugu , Kannada , Hindi and Tamil [3] . He was awarded the Nandi Awards for best negative role in the film Nenu Ninnu Premistunnanu in 2003 and for best characteristic role in the film in 2008 [4] . He served as secretary in the Movie Artistes Association .

Biography
Ahuti Prasad was born on January 2, 1958 in the village of Koduru in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh in the family of peasants Ausimilli Rama Rao and Haimavati. As a child, he and his family moved to Karnataka . While studying at college, he became interested in acting and, after graduation, entered the Institute of Cinema and Television ( English Madhu Film and TV Institute of Acting ) in Hyderabad [5] .
Did Prasad get his first role in Ee Prasnaku Baduledi? however, the Vikram movie was released earlier, in which also debuted [3] . The actor earned the nickname "Ahuti" ( Ahuti ) for the excellent performance of the role of the villain in the film of the same name [6] . In the early stages of his career in the 1980s, Prasad played negative roles, but he later switched to character and comedic roles. Among his best films are Indra (2002), Malliswari (2004), Full Moon (2007) and Bendu Apparao RMP (2009) [3] . Playing the role of the father of actress Taboo in the film brought him many positive reviews. Although the actor was born in Krishna County, he masterfully mastered the accents of East and West Godavari counties [6] .
In 2011, Prasad was diagnosed with colorectal cancer [5] . However, despite the illness, the actor continued to act in films until the last days. His last film during his lifetime was Rowdy Fellow with in the title role [2] . Several other films, including Rudrama Devi and Sankara, are in the post-production phase [6] .
The actor celebrated his last birthday with his family on Friday January 2 [2] . However, on Saturday evening, his condition worsened sharply, and he was taken to the hospital of the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences , where he died on Sunday morning January 4, 2015 [5] . Ahuti Prasad was cremated on Monday at the crematorium of the district, after relatives and colleagues performed the last rites [7] .
The actor left his wife Vijaya Nirmala and two sons: Bharani and Kartik [1] .
