Sadovaya (formerly Kvat-Pelev ) is a village in the Kudymkarsky District of the Perm Territory . Part of the Upper-Invavenskogo rural settlement . It is located southwest of the city of Kudymkar . The distance to the district center is 36 km [1] . According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, 49 people lived in the village (24 men and 25 women) [2] .

History
Previously, the village of Sadovaya was called Kvat-Pelev [3] . As of July 1, 1963, 157 people lived in the village [1] . The settlement was part of the Deminsky Village Council [1] .
