The distance to the district center is 37 km [1] . According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, 18 people lived in the village (11 men and 7 women) [2] .

As of July 1, 1963, 129 people lived in the village [1] . The village was part of the Deminsky Village Council [1] .
