Boris Vasilievich Tyulkov ( March 2, 1936 , Krasnoyarsk Territory - October 24, 2014 , Omsk ) - Soviet and Russian writer and journalist; statesman, plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Omsk region (1994-1996).

Biography

In 1961, he graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Omsk Pedagogical Institute with a degree in “teacher of Russian language and literature,” after which he taught at Omsk Secondary School No. 38.

In 1958-1992 worked in the Omsk Regional Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting: correspondent, commentator, editor of news, literary and youth editorial; chief editor, deputy chairman of the Teleradiocommunication Committee.

In 1990-1993 - Member of the Omsk Regional Council of People's Deputies. He headed the Omsk organization of the party "Democratic Russia".

From February 17, 1994 to March 9, 1996 - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Omsk Region . In 1996 he retired.

Member of the Union of Journalists of Russia (1961) and the Union of Russian Writers (2007). He was buried in the village of Beregovoi.

Family

The father of the stepfather is Nikolai Antipov (1894–1938), deputy chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR (1935–37), chairman of the Soviet Control Commission; shot 29.7.1938.
