Vogue History
Since the 30s, high fashion in America has been at the peak of its popularity. The poster of New York was full of fashion shows that were popular at that time.
Vogue as a dance begins its history in the 70s. The style appeared in Harlem Prison, located in the northern part of New York County Manhattan ( * ), where prisoners - African-American and Latin American gays and drag queens - had fun, imitating the poses of models from the magazine’s photos.
