The distance to the district center is 42 km [1] . According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, 21 people lived in the village (11 men and 10 women) [2] .

As of July 1, 1963, 195 people lived in the village [1] . The settlement was part of the Samkovsky Village Council [1] .
