Name Origin
Before entering Moscow, the street was located in the village of Butovo and bore the name of playwright Alexander Ostrovsky . On February 6, 1986, after the settlement became part of Moscow, it was renamed in honor of the Crimean city of Belogorsk by analogy with 1st Belogorskaya Street [1] .
