In the design documentation, the street was called the 1st line . In 1947 it was called Nova Street (although in fact this name has existed since 1946). On August 5, 1948, the passage was renamed Krasny Partizan Street in memory of the partisans who participated in the Great Patriotic War.

Currently, the only house on the odd (western) side, numbered along Krasny Partizan Street, is No. 5 (with buildings). On the even side, numbering starts from Pavlovskaya street.

In 2014, construction began on a residential building “for the needs of St. Petersburg” between houses 54, building 2, and 42 on Pavlovskaya street [1] .
