Biography
During her studies at the school, she studied at the theater studio of the Petrozavodsk Palace of Pioneers and at the club of young journalists “Tovarishch” under the central republican newspaper “ Leninskaya Pravda ”.
After graduation, she entered the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Petrozavodsk University , from where she then transferred to correspondence studies at the P. Tolyatti Leningrad Engineering and Economics Institute .
In 1974-1984 she worked as a merchandiser, senior merchandiser of the wholesale trading base "Khoztorg" in Petrozavodsk.
After graduation, in 1984-1987 she worked as an economist in the State Planning Commission under the Council of Ministers of the Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, and was admitted to the CPSU .
In 1987-1990, he was an instructor in the affairs of the Council of Ministers of the Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, a leading economist of the State Planning Committee of the Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 1990-1995 - Head of the Department, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Karelia on State Property Management.
In 1995-1998 - Director of the territorial agency of the Federal Office for Insolvency Affairs in the Republic of Karelia.
In 1998, she was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia of the second convocation , chairman of the Chamber of the Republic of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Karelia.
Since 2000, lives in Moscow.
In 2000-2004 - First Deputy Head of the Russian Federal Service for Financial Recovery and Bankruptcy.
Since 2004 - President of the nonprofit partnership under the auspices of RSPP "Interregional self-regulatory organization of professional arbitration managers."
