Rage of Bahamut: Genesis

Rage of Bahamut: Genesis ( Japanese 神 撃 の バ ハ ム ー ト GENESIS Shingeki no Bahamut Genesis ) is a Japanese anime series based on the eponymous card game for mobile devices on the Android and IOS platforms [1] . It was broadcast on Sun TV from October 6 to December 29, 2014. In total, 12 anime episodes have been released. The opening to the anime “EXiSTENCE” was performed by a group called SiM [2] , and the ending “Promised Land” was performed by Risa Simitsu [3] . The series is licensed by Funimation for display in the United States [4] .

Story

Rage of Bahamut: Genesis

Once upon a time, a dragon named Bahamut threatened the world, whose fire burned entire kingdoms. The gods, people, and demons came together to defeat and seal the dragon. Centuries pass, the action takes place around Favaro, a crook and a street robber and Kaisar constantly pursuing him, who is trying to avenge the death of his father. Once a mysterious girl named Amira is announced in the city, asking Favaro to take her to a distant country Helheim, the guy, not taking her words seriously, promised to take her in exchange for a kiss, unfortunately Favaro - Amira turns out to be a powerful demon and casts a spell on Favaro as a guarantee , after which a demonic tail grows on him. To get rid of him, Favaro will have to keep his promise. Later it turns out that Amira is one of two divine keys with which you can resurrect the dragon of Bahamut, so a group of demons led by Beelzebub who announce with the help of the dragon intend to take over the whole world announces the girl’s hunt ...

Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul

10 years have passed since Bahamut was defeated again, the young king Charios XVII, on the bones of enslaved demons, builds a new prosperous state. Nina arrives in her capital for earnings, a young dragon girl and her fate brings Azazel, a terrorist demon trying to free slave demons and preys on slave owners and Mugaro, as well as a mysterious child with the power of an angel. The protagonist of the story, he is also an “ antihero .” A bounty hunter, a crook and a thief, devoid of any signs of conscience and honor. Once upon a time he was friends with Kaysar, but betrayed him by attacking Kaysar's father with his robber father. Favaro involuntarily began to follow the girl, first trying to kill her, when she loses her vigilance, but over time the main character gets to know Amira better and saves her several times, then he seriously agrees to follow her to Helheim. In the final battle, the head of Bahamut’s dragon pierces and then it becomes clear that it was Favaro who turned out to be the same knight from the prophecy who should overthrow the dragon, but then lose his right leg. In the second season, she is a former teacher of Nina.
Kaysar Lidfold ( Japanese カ イ ザ ル ・ リ ド フ ァ ル ド Kaizaru Ridofarudo )

The protagonist of the story, the bounty hunter. Originally from a noble family, he is the exact opposite of Favaro, full of a sense of honor, nobility and pursues Favaro to avenge the death of his father. Once in childhood, he was friends with him, and revealed all the secrets and family wealth, after which Favaro betrayed him and, together with his father, a robber, robbed the cavalry under the leadership of Father Kaysar. Then the father was hanged, and the Lidfold clan was stripped of the title of knight. Amira ( Japanese ア ー ミ ラ A: peace )

The main character, a mysterious girl who decides to follow Favaro, believing that he will take her to Helheim. She is a semi-angel and a demon. Prior to the events, by order of Lavvaleia, she stole the key of the Gods, which merged with her soul. She dreams of going to Helheim to see her mother. In human form, it is very naive and kind to others, but at the same time in a demonic form, it is incredibly strong and ruthless to enemies. Lost one wing while trying to steal the Key of the Gods from the divine pantheon. It later turned out that Amira’s memories were false, but in fact she was the result of an experiment by the demon Beelzebub on an angel girl, after which a particle of her soul, merged with the strength of Beelzebub, turned into Amira. In the end, Amira merges with the dragon Bahamut, which awakens him, and dies with him, having managed to say goodbye to Favaro.
Rita ( Japanese リ タ Rita )

A girl who knows the magic of necromancy , once she was the only one left alive in the village, and a necromancer’s book fell into her hands, she began to indulge in her, creating a village of the living dead around herself, also creating the illusion that she was still alive. Kaysar fell under the influence of illusion and almost died. Rita tried to attack the main characters with the help of a zombie, but she was defeated and herself was bitten by a zombie, after which she herself turned into a living dead but thanks to her knowledge of necromancy magic she kept her mind and decided to follow the main characters “for fun”. Despite his attitude to others, he often saves the main characters, including during the last battle. After defeating Bahamut, she became a doctor and cures demons. Saved Azazel. Lavvalei ( Japanese ラ ヴ ァ レ イ Rawarai )

A knight in the service of King Charios. He pretends to be Amira's father and supposedly defended her when she was in exile. At the end of the story, they dance together in the moonlight in the king’s castle. Due to the destruction of Bahamut, he completely lost his sight.
Diaz Bardolomew ( Jap. デ ィ ア ス ・ バ ル ド ロ メ ウ Diaz Barutoromeu )

Mugaro (El) ( Japanese ム ガ ロ Mugaro )

At the beginning of the second season, he accompanies Azazel, but later begins to follow Nina, settling in the wagon of Bacchus. She prefers women's clothing, so Nina began to think that Mugaro was a girl. However, when Mugaro finds Sophiel, the gods take the boy to heaven. Subsequently, he escapes from there to the ground thanks to Nina. He dies from the dagger of Alessandra, even though Rita is trying to save him. Buried by his mother. Если бы в сериале отсутствовали сцены насилия и сексуального характера, он идеально подходил бы для семейного просмотра. В общем аниме по мнению критика получилось очень красочным, необычным и весёлым, которое приносит «свежий ветер» в стагнирующий мир аниме. Хотя сериал создавался по мотивам карточной игры, он стал чем-то большим, чем просто реклама на игру [5] .
