Brandy Clark ( born 1977, Morten , Washington) is an American country singer and songwriter. Her songs have been recorded by country musicians such as Miranda Lambert , The Band Perry , Riba McIntyre , Lianne Rimes , Billy Currington , Darius Rucker and Casey Musgraves. [1] In 2014, she was nominated for 2 Grammy Awards in the categories of Best New Artist and Best Country Album [2] .
