Vadim Grigorievich Zayat ( Ukrainian Vadim Grigorovich Zayat ; June 1, 1974, Chernivtsi , Ukrainian SSR ) - Ukrainian football player , coach and sports functionary. He spent most of his career in Chernivtsi Bukovina and Zaporizhzhya Metallurg .

Biography

He played in the teams " Bukovina " (Chernivtsi), " Star " ( Kirovograd ), " Metallurg " (Zaporozhye), " Tavria " (Simferopol), " Transcarpathia " (Uzhgorod). He played under the guidance of such famous coaches as Miron Markevich and Mikhail Fomenko .

As part of Zaporizhzhya Metallurg, he played in European competitions, and as part of Kirovograd Zvezda, he was twice a participant in the semifinal matches of the Cup of Ukraine . He played in Bukovina in 1993-1998 and spent 134 matches, made his debut in the 1993/94 season when this club played in the major league. However, most of the matches for “Bukovynets” were in the first league. During 1999-2005, he performed in the teams of the top division.

In 2010, he became the head coach of the Chernivtsi “Bukovina”, which he led from the second league to the first, having won the championship in the group. In the fall of 2011, I almost fell victim to killers who made a mistake and shot the wrong person. After a long treatment, Vadim continued to lead Bukovina with renewed vigor. At the end of the 2011/12 season, together with Bukovina, he took 6th place in the standings, and in the 2012/13 season he took 4th place in the First League of Ukraine . On August 31, 2013, the Hare terminated the contract with Bukovina [2] .

From 2013 to 2014, he worked as the Deputy General Director of the Tavria team (Simferopol) . From 2015 to 2016, he worked as an assistant to the sports director of the Metalist team (Kharkov) . In early February 2019, he was elected president of his native club: Bukovina [3] .

Married, married to Oksana Hare raising a daughter, Alexandra. Vadim has a brother, who is also a football player - Valentin .
