Biography
Born in 1913 .
Since 1930, he worked at the Kirov stud farm in the Tselinsky district now in the Rostov region. At first he was a worker in a household unit, after 2 years, after completing courses, he became a tractor driver. He worked on American tractors: wheeled Fordson , tracked Caterpillar - there were no domestic tractors at that time. Having carefully studied the equipment and the equipment trailed to them, he soon became an advanced machine operator and the best organizer of the work of his units in the field. In 1934 he received a tractor brigade. For 20 years, its machine operators were the best in repair and operation of the machine and tractor fleet. The constant search for a more efficient organization of labor in growing grain crops led Ivan Mironovich to organize a tractor-field crop brigade in the second section of the stud farm, which he later headed for 12 years.
Engaged in public activities - in 1957 he was elected to the deputies of the Tselinsky District Council of Workers' Deputies. He completed his career as a branch mechanic in his native stud farm, after which he retired. The place and time of death is unknown.
