Cyclura cornuta onchiopsis is a subspecies of the rhino iguana. Endemic to the small island of Navassa in the Jamaica Strait . Only five old collection specimens of this subspecies are known. Since 1966, it is considered completely extinct. In the extinction of the subspecies, the species universally inflicted by man are “guilty”: rats, cats, and domestic goats .
