Small Vyselki are located in the north-eastern part of Korablinsky district .

- the village of Pustotino adjoins from the northwest;
- Khmelevoy village 2 km to the southeast along an asphalt road.

To the west of the village flows the river Letogosch , which separates Vyselki from the village of Pustotino .
History
Probably the settlement did not arise before 1929, since the list of the villages of the Predtechensky volost (which included the settlements of the former Pustoinsky volost), which passed into the Korablinsky district, was not in the list of 1929;
