Born in 1910.
In 1926 - 1960 - Secretary of the Danilkinsky, Verkhne-Spassky, Vozdvizhensky village councils of the Saratov province, on the construction of the Termez-Dushanbe railway, correspondent of the newspaper Komsomolets Vostoka, engineer of the Sverdlovsk regional administration, on the construction of the Bogoslovsky aluminum plant, deputy chairman of the Sverdlovsk regional executive committee, head of department mechanization of the Main Directorate of Afforestation afforestation under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, deputy head, sector head, deputy, first deputy manager selhozotdelom of the CPSU Central Committee.
