Vladimir Mikhailovich Vikentiev (July 6, 1882, Kostroma - 1960, Cairo ) - Russian Egyptologist.

He graduated from the Romano-Germanic department of the historical and philological faculty of Moscow University (1908-1913) with a diploma of 1 degree. Since 1915 he worked in the Historical Museum named after Emperor Alexander III.
On June 7, 1920, he was elected a fellow chairman of the Society for the Study of Ancient Cultures B. A. Turaev (elected at the same time) [1] .
In 1922 he went abroad. He taught Egyptian philology and the ancient history of the Middle East at Cairo University.
