The South Korean team became the champions for the 4th time in its history, having defeated the Indian team in the final with a score of 4: 3. The Pakistan national team , which beat the Malaysian national team in the match for the 3rd place with a score of 3: 1, won the bronze medal. [2]
The championship was also a qualifying tournament for participation in the 2014 World Cup . One team received a ticket to the championship - the winner of the tournament; accordingly, it was received by the South Korean team. [3]
