June ( Chinese ex. 沂源 , pinyin : Yíyuán , literally: "the source of the Ihe River ") is a county of Zibo City District, Shandong Province ( PRC ).

History
During the war with Japan, these places became the zone of active guerrilla activity of the Chinese Communists, who created their own authorities. The areas of responsibility of these bodies were determined by the needs of the operational environment and did not coincide with the pre-war administrative borders. In 1944, at the junction of the districts of Linju, Yishui and Mengyin, the county of June was created.
In 1950, the Yishui Special District (沂水 专区) was created, and the county became part of it. In 1953, the Yishui Special District was disbanded, and the county became part of the Linyi Special Region (临沂 专区). In 1967, Linyi Special District was renamed Linyi District (临沂 地区). In December 1989, June County was transferred to Zibo City District.
