Elias Atmacidis ( Greek Ηλίας Ατματσίδης ; born April 24, 1969 in Kozani ) is a Greek footballer who played as a goalkeeper.

Atmacidis spent most of his career at AEK Athens . He was the main player of AEK for 10 years and spent 251 matches for the club, in the 1999/2000 season he was the captain of the club. With AEK, he twice won the Greek championship , played in the Champions League and UEFA Cup . His game helped AEK adequately confront such clubs as Ajax and Milan . He spent the last three years of his career at PAOK .
Atmacidis made his debut in Greece on March 23, 1994, played 47 matches. He was a participant in the 1994 World Cup , played in the match against Bulgaria , Greece was defeated 4-0. As a result, the Greeks lost all three matches in the group and left the tournament with nothing.
