Geography
The village is located in the northern part of the Korablinsky district , 10 km north of the district center .
Nearest settlements:
- the village of Zaranovo , 3.5 km northeast on a dirt road;
- the village of Trinity , 2.5 km east on a dirt road;
- Semion village 2.5 km on a dirt road;
- the village of Neznanovo , 3 km on an asphalt road.
History
It is first mentioned in the payment books of the Pekhletsky camp of 1594-1597. It is also indicated that at first on the site of the Newly Settled Horn was Slobotka Savinskaya, then the eponymous wasteland.
