Biography
In 1836, he served as secretary of the regional court in Elisavetgrad [2] as a governor registrar, and in 1837 in Bobrints [3] .
In 1867, collegiate assessor Adam Kryzhanovsky was elected mayor, replacing Dmitry Minkov in this post [4] .
In 1869, Pavel Gumalik was appointed to the place of Kryzhanovsky [5] .
