Noah Vonleh ( born August 24, 1995, Haverill , Massachusetts , USA ) is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves National Basketball Association . During his undergraduate career, he played for the Indiana University Husers basketball team at Indiana University .

University Speech
In his debut season at the Indiana Husers University basketball team, Wonle was included in the third national team of all the stars of the Big Ten conference and in the rookie team, and was also named the rookie of the year. Over 30 games of the season, he averaged 11.3 points per game, made 9 rebounds and 1.4 block shots [1] .
After spending only one year at the university, Vonlet announced on April 3, 2014 that he would not continue his studies and would run for the NBA draft [2] .
Professional career
Charlotte Hornets
On June 26, 2014, Wonle was selected at number 9 on the 2014 NBA draft by the Charlotte Hornets club [3] and on July 25, he signed a contract with the team [4] . On September 2, he underwent an operation to remove hernia and dropped out of the training process for a period of six to eight weeks [5] . After he returned to the Hornets, he played four games for the team and was transferred to the farm club from the Fort Wayne Mad Ents NBA on December 28 [6] . There he spent two games, and on December 31 he was recalled back to the main team [7] .
Portland Trail Blazers
On June 25, 2015, the Portland Trail Blazers traded light striker Nicolas Batum to Charlotte Hornets for defender Gerald Henderson and heavy striker Noah Wonle [8] . On September 30, the Trail Blazers exercised their right to renew the Wonle contract and signed it until the end of the 2016/17 season . [9] On November 15, 2015, Voa, for the first time in his career, entered the starting lineup, which was held against his former Charlotte Hornets team. For 24 minutes on the floor, he scored 9 points and made 6 rebounds [10] . January 23, 2016 in the game against the Los Angeles Lakers, he scored a record for himself this season 11 points. At the end of May, Wonle gave way to the starting lineup to Maurice Harkless [11] .
Further career
On February 8, 2018, Wonle was exchanged at the Chicago Bulls for rights to Milovan Rakovich [12] . On July 24, 2018, Wonle signed a contract with the New York Knicks [13] . On July 8, 2019, Wonle signed a contract with Minnesota Timberwolves [14] .
Personal life
Wonle is the son of Samuel Wonle and Renell Koumeh. In addition to him, the family had two more children. His grandfather, Chief Blahsu Wonle, was the supreme leader of the county of Nimba in Liberia from 1920 until his death in 1947. [15]
