The flag was approved on May 25, 2006 by the decision of the Dalmatian City Council No. 145 [1] and entered on February 22, 2007 in the State Heraldry Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 2817 [2] .

Description

The flag of the municipality of the city of Dalmatovo is a rectangular panel of pale blue in the center of which there are three yellow bells: one above and in the middle, two below and on the sides of the first.

The width and length of the flag are correlated as 2: 3.

The flip side of the flag is a mirror image of its front side.

Creation History

The flag repeats the heraldic plot of the coat of arms of Dalmatovo , approved July 17 ( 28 ), 1783 [3] .

Bells mean that the city is famous because of the Dalmatian Assumption Monastery .
