Founded in 1885. The name probably came from the Evenk : "beings" - the river; another variant from the distorted Evenki: “beating” is a big river [2] .

Geography

The village of Burma is located north of the village. Seryshevo , in the north of Seryshevsky district, on its administrative border with Mazanovsky district .

The village of Burma stands on the left bank of the Burma River ( Zei’s left tributary).

The distance to the district center of the village. Seryshevo (through Pavlovka , Lermontovo , Middle Sakhalin and Ukrainka ) 58 km.

The distance to the administrative center of the Lermontov village council of the village of Lermontovo is 18 km.
