Biography
He was married to the daughter of a rich Bessarabian landowner Kirill (Kalcho) Minkov [1] .
It is considered the founder of the Ilyinsky Bazaar, which existed in Chisinau until 1960 [2] .
He was elected mayor in 1855 , replacing the brother of his wife Dmitry Minkov in this post.
In 1858, the reigns of the city of the same Dmitry Minkov [3] .
