Career
Throughout his football career, he played for the University of Tokyo club. As part of the Japanese national team, Okano held two friendly matches, debuting on January 2, 1955 in a game with the national team of Burma .
At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico, he was an assistant to Ken Naganuma - head coach of the Japanese team [2] .
