History
The village got its name in the XV century, when it became the patrimony of the boyars Zaborovsky , immigrants from Lithuania. The ancient name of the village - Resurrection, after the name of the Church of the Resurrection of Christ or the Assurance of Thomas. Zaborovskys owned the village until the end of the XVI century, after which it was partially invested by them in the Trinity-Sergius Monastery , and finally ceded to it already at the beginning of the XVII century.
In the second half of the XIX - early XX century, the village was the center of the parish of Kumordinskaya parish, Tver district , and in 1886 it had 93 courtyards, 632 inhabitants [2] .
In 1940, the village center of the village council as part of the Mednovsky district of the Kalinin region .
In the 1970s and 1980s, villagers worked at the Oktyabrsky state farm .
In 1998 - 11 farms, 17 inhabitants.
