Kyrgyz Express Post (translated from English - “ Kyrgyz Express Mail ”; abbreviated KEP ) is a limited liability company and postal company of the Kyrgyz Republic , founded on March 16, 2012 [1] and having the status of the second designated postal operator of the country.

General Information
Kyrgyz Express Post has been operating in the postal market of Kyrgyzstan since March 16, 2012 [2] . After 9 months, namely December 7, 2012, KEP received the status of the second designated postal operator of Kyrgyzstan. This official status is confirmed by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union circular No. 83 dated May 21, 2013, as evidenced by the information in the corresponding section of the website of the Universal Postal Union [3] .
The status of the second designated operator allows KEP to issue stamps and use them to frank their mail, as well as to satisfy the interests of philatelists.

Philately
On November 18, 2014, the Kyrgyz Express Post introduced its first postage stamps and block. The issue is dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the UPU. Stamps reflect the history of the development of postal services in Kyrgyzstan, namely the means of transportation of postal items [4] .
On November 19, 2014, KEP introduced the Fauna of Kyrgyzstan series of postage stamps. Stamps reflect the characteristic representatives of the animal kingdom of the Kyrgyz Republic: saker, yak, Central Asian capricorn and snow leopard (snow leopard).
KEP stamps can be purchased not only at the postal operator’s office in Bishkek, but also on the KEP website [5] .
