Content
Club career
Throughout his football career, he played for the Yokohama Flygels club, which he became a player after graduating from Tokai University in 1988. This season the team (then called “All Nippon Airways”) took second place in the championship, and Maeda was included in the league’s symbolic team. In 1993, in Japan, the club won the Emperor’s Cup , and won the Asian Cup and Asian Super Bowl Cup in 1995 in the international arena. The following year, Maeda completed his playing career.
National Team
From 1988 to 1989, he played 14 matches for the national team of Japan , in which he scored 6 goals [1] . Maeda made his debut for the national team on January 27, 1988 in a mast against the United Arab Emirates . After that, he regularly went on the field, played in qualifying matches for the 1990 World Cup . He also participated in the 1988 Asian Football Cup .
