Biography
Born in the village of Pokrovskoye now in the Mariinsky district of the Kemerovo region, he worked at a mine in Stalin. In the army since June 1941, in battles in the Great Patriotic War since July 1941. Commander of the calculation of the 76-mm guns of the 1086th regiment. He fought near Stalingrad, was wounded, after the hospital was sent to the infantry, the squad leader, platoon commander, in 1943 he received the medal “For Courage”. From 1944 until the end of the war he served in artillery as the commander of the calculation of 76-mm guns. He was wounded in the battles for Berlin, demobilized in October 1945. He lived in Novokuznetsk. He died on September 16, 1990.
