Biography
Born on January 13, 1941 in the village of Novo-Leushino, Teykovsky district, Ivanovo region.
He graduated from the Ivanovo Energy Institute (1965), specialty "Automation of production processes and installations of the energy industry." He worked as an engineer, foreman, deputy head and head of the turbine workshop of the Kirov State District Power Plant in the city of Apatity, Murmansk Region .
Since 1975 - at the Kola NPP: head of the turbine workshop, head of technical and vocational education, deputy. chief engineer, in 1987-1994 - chief engineer, in 1994-2008 - director of nuclear power plants. He participated in the launch of the 3rd and 4th power units (1985).
Since 2009 - Chief Inspector of the General Inspection of Rosenergoatom Concern .
Rewards
Honored Power Engineer of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Winner of the Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR. He was awarded the State Orders of Friendship of Peoples (1985), Honor , For Services to the Fatherland IV Degree and Public Orders of St. Sergius of Radonezh II Degree and "For Effective Partnership between Russia and Sweden."
Honorary citizen of the city of Polar Dawns , Honorary citizen of the Murmansk region .
