The administrative center of the Arginsky Village Council .

It was founded in 1929. The name from the Yakut "arga" - back, west, west, rear, rear side; from Evenki “argysh” - a sled train, when deer go one after another [2] .

Geography

Arga station is located on the Trans-Siberian Railway , north of the village. Seryshevo , the distance to the district center (through the villages of Ozernoye and Belonogovo ) is 22 km.

From the village to the left bank of the Zeya River about 3 km. In the vicinity of the station flows the Arga River, the left tributary of Zeya.

From the Arga station, the road goes north to the village of Vvedenovka , east - to the village of Vesyoloe , west - to the automobile bridge over Zeya and to the village of Bardagon, Svobodnensky district .
