Club career
Wilson began his career in his homeland, playing for the lower Brazilian league clubs Union São João and Ituano .
In 2005, he moved to the Mexican Monarcas Morelia . On July 30, 2005, in his match against Cruz Azul , he made his debut in the Mexican Example . In the same match, he was removed from the field. As part of the “peaches,” Matthias spent four seasons and became one of the club’s leaders, as well as the most experienced after Moses Munoz . In 2010, Wilson decided to return to his homeland and signed a contract with the Internacional club. The transfer amount amounted to 800 thousand dollars. In the summer of 2015, Wilson transferred to Queretaro on loan. On July 26, in a match against Atlas , he made his debut for a new club [8] . In early 2016, Wilson transferred to Dorados de Sinaloa on loan. On January 10, in a duel against his former club Chiapas, he made his debut for Dorado [9] .
