History
The village of Zlatoust was founded in 1907 by immigrants from Belarus, Ukraine and Smolensk province. Immediately they began to engage in agriculture, they sowed mainly wheat, sold surplus crops, or exchanged them for tools. In 1917, there were about 300 people in the village, of whom about twenty were literate. In the very first year of the Revolution, Soviet power was established in the village, and a village council appeared. The first chairman of the village council was Konstantin S. Nesterovich. In addition to the village council, a committee of the poor (a commissary) was formed. The combo included Sovetov I. S., Sovetov Z. K., Sakevich N., Titarchuk S. M., Titarchuk V. I. During the Civil War, most men volunteered for the Red Army. In the neighboring village of Mezenich, the army of Kolchak stood, in Zlatoust, his troops drove in for provisions. After the Civil War, it became more difficult for one peasant to cultivate the land, and people began to unite in partnerships for joint cultivation of land (TOZs). The problem of illiteracy among the population was also acute. An elementary school was built in 1922, the first teachers in it were Shvarev F. G. and Shvareva E. D. In 1931 two collective farms “Proletarian” (chairman N. Lanyugov) and “New Life” (chairman Evstratenko) were formed IN AND.). May 22, 1931 collective farms united into one - "New Life".
From the archive of OJSC Zlatoustovskoye: “The main branch of the collective farm is grain farming, since February 24, 1932 it has been serviced by the Toguchinsky MTS. There is a rabbit farm, a forge, a mill. Permanent production teams - 2. On January 1, 1934, the collective farm consisted of 64 households, a population of 343 people, and 118 able-bodied people. Land area - 911.92 ha. The entire land fund is 1083 ha. Availability of public cattle: horses - 63, cattle - 27, rabbits - 215. One livestock yard, two rabbitries, three vegetable and potato storages, three gatehouses, three field camps. The collective farm's total income in 1933 amounted to 57848.96 rubles. After various payments, taxes, the balance of the total income for distribution between collective farmers by workdays amounted to 28,901.59 rubles. ”
The outbreak of World War II fundamentally changed the life of the Zlatoustites. More than 150 people went to the front, less than 70 came back. In 1949, an eight-year school was built in the village. In 1965, the school moved to a new building at ul. Central 56. In 1969 the collective farm “New Life” was enlarged into the Toguchinsky fattening state farm. In 1979, with. Zlatoust was formed by the Zlatoust pedigree farm, which was engaged in breeding Hereford bulls of Siberian breeding. In 1998, the Zlatoust school received the status of the main one. In 1997, the Zlatoust pedigree farm was reorganized into the Zlatoust school. In 2007, bankruptcy proceedings were opened against Zlatoustovskoye CJSC. In 2011, the society lost its status as a breeding farm. In 2011, an investor was attracted by Coen LLC, and in 2011-2012 it carried out its activities. In June, Zlatoustovskoye CJSC was declared bankrupt. Based on it, Zlatoustovskoye was established. It lasted until 2013. Now two enthusiasts Krotov Pavel and Frolov Anton are trying to help the director of JSC "Zlatoustovskoye" A.V. Romashov. in finding and attracting investors.
