Anatoly Georgyevich Kasprzhak (born December 15, 1953, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian teacher, school director, professor at the Higher School of Economics [1] , and a public figure.

Biography
In 1976 he graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in physics teacher. In 1995 he defended his thesis on the specialty "Pedagogical Sciences".
He worked as a teacher, organizer of extracurricular and extracurricular educational work, the director of the school, was one of the creators of the modern gymnasium education program in Russia, the director of the Moscow City Pedagogical Gymnasium .
In the early 90s of the XX century A. G. Kasprzhak became one of the organizers of laboratories of innovative models of schools at the Moscow Institute for the Development of Educational Systems, which he headed for several years.
In 2001, he headed the Faculty of Management in Education (now the Center for the Study of Educational Policy) of the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences (MVSES). In 2007, he was elected rector of the Moscow School of Economics and Social Sciences [2] .
Since 2011, A. G. Kasprzhak is a professor, director of the Center for the Development of Leadership in Education, head of the master's education program "Education Management" at the Higher School of Economics National Research University .
Scientific Interests and Awards
The author of more than 130 scientific papers in areas such as: the development of general education development programs for the federal and regional levels; educational systems management; development and implementation of training, retraining and advanced training programs for educators; monitoring the quality of education ; informatization of education; modern educational technology.
He is known in the pedagogical community of Russia as a participant and leader in competitions of innovative schools and innovative projects organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Cultural Initiative Foundation and other organizations.
