Dunya ( Arabic. دُنْيا - peace, light, worldly life ) - in Islam : the entire material world surrounding a person until his death.
According to Islamic dogma, after death for each person, the next world ( achirat ) comes. Ahirah is eternal, and dunya is finite. Therefore, every Muslim should try to earn the mercy of Allah, both in this and in the next world. In the Qur'an, Allah speaks of the imaginary charms of this world. Possession of them is the goal of infidels (infidels). Muslim believers should not ignore this world (dunya), but should prefer eternal peace (achirat) to it [1] .
