Temnikovsky village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1924, he was part of the Razinsky volost of the Moscow district of the Moscow province [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included 1 settlement - the village of Temnikovo [2] .
In 1929, Temnikovsky s / s was assigned to the Reutovsky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.
May 19, 1941 Reutovsky district was renamed Balashikha.
June 14, 1954 Temnikovsky s / s was abolished. Moreover, its territory was transferred to the Feninsky s / s [3] .
