Nikolai Ivanovich Tunda (born October 25, 1924 ) is a Soviet basketball coach.

Career
In 1946-56 he played in the Dynamo Almaty .
Graduate of the Kazakh GIFF .
In 1950-1959 he coached the female team of the Dynamo Almaty .
In 1969-1974 he coached the "University" . One of his pupils was Olympic champion Irina Gerlits . The highest achievement of the team in these years is the 6th place in the 1973 USSR Championship.
Since 1975, before retiring, he worked as a state coach of the Sports Committee of the Kazakh SSR.
Consultant of the film " Throw, or It All Started on Saturday " (1976).
