Gameplay
The player acts as Jason Bourne , a CIA agent. The player must, upon reaching a given place, destroy opponents using firearms and hand-to-hand combat techniques. The battle scenario depends on the tactics of the player, so the game provides high replay value. Arsenal of weapons is a combination of one one-handed weapon (2 types of pistol or 1 IMI Micro Uzi) and two-handed (two types of machine gun, shotgun or light machine gun). Also, after complete passage, the player can find out cheat codes that will open access to a light machine gun with a silencer and to an automatic shotgun. However, the game focuses more on hand-to-hand combat. In the battle, 4 buttons are used - a strong blow, a weak blow, a block and a special technique. With a combination of buttons of weak and strong blow, Bourne performs effective combos that cause increased damage. The game has 6 types of combos. When you hold down the buttons for a weak or a strong blow, Bourne can inflict a strong kick with your foot - in the stomach or with a turn to the head. This blow cannot be blocked and it deals increased damage, but at the same time, Jason becomes vulnerable to an enemy attack before the strike. But the most outstanding part of the gameplay is the special technique and the special shot. There is an adrenaline scale divided into 3 sections. When Bourne successfully strikes or hits an opponent, the scale begins to fill up. As soon as the scale is filled by at least one section, Born, when you press the desired key, independently neutralizes the enemy (takedown), causing maximum damage (when fighting ordinary enemies, the technique is lethal), and when fighting bosses, the technique replenishes a little health player. And when filling the scale in 2 or 3 sections, if there are several enemies next to the player, Bourne will apply a special technique immediately against all opponents, however, in this case, the player must press the desired key in time (slo-mo) in time, otherwise the enemy will be able to fend off the blow, and the adrenaline cell is empty. The type of reception depends on the environment, so each time it will be different. The special shot is an accurate and fatal shot at the enemy, however, for its successful holding, the player needs to press the right key in time or the enemy will dodge and shoot in response. As you progress through, the player will encounter bosses who can also use special techniques, but they can be blocked by pressing the desired key. Sometimes a special technique can be applied by ordinary opponents if the player is inactive or holds a block for a long time. There is another kind of special technique - throw. If the scale is filled for a special technique until the enemy enters hand-to-hand combat, the player can run out on him and strike from the run. This technique is useful when you are on the move and your ammunition is at zero. Also in the game at the time there is a QTE element, its failure usually always ends with the death of the hero. Bourne also has a special feeling - superintuition, which consumes adrenaline. It highlights enemies, weapons, cartridges, and also shows the place on the map where you need to move. The game has racing levels taken from the movie. Intuition allows you to slow down time while riding. It is useful during car turns on difficult sections of the city highway. As you progress, the player can collect passports hidden in various places. They provide access to videos, developer artwork, musical compositions and to replay of boss fights [7] .
Story
Despite the fact that the main scenario of the Conspiracy is based on the first part of the Born Identification Borniad, the game not only retells the plot of the film to the player, but also shows Born’s earlier tasks in the form of protagonist memoirs that were not shown earlier [8] [9] .
