Geography
The village and the station are located on the Trans-Siberian Railway , 37 km north-east of the center of the rural settlement, the village of Tankhoi , on the shores of Lake Baikal , between the rivers Bystraya and Kaltusnaya, 3 km north-east of the mouth of the Mishikha river.
