Biography
Born in the village of Tsentoroy, Shalinsky District, Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . In 1991 he graduated from high school in Tsentoroy. In 1992-1994 he served in the Armed Forces . In 1994-2004, he served in the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban ( Krasnodar Territory ).
In 2002, he graduated from the Krasnodar Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in jurisprudence . In 2004–2007, he served in the ROVD of the Kurchaloevsky district of Chechnya. In 2007 he became the head of the department "P" OMSN "Terek". From 2007 to 2008, he was the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Chechnya, from 2008 to 2012 he served as Acting Minister of Agriculture of Chechnya - Deputy Chairman of the Government of Chechnya.
From May 24, 2012 to June 25, 2018, he served as Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic . Member of the political party " United Russia ", the secretary of its Chechen regional branch.
Since June 22, 2018, has been Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation .
Since July 18, 2018 - Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation on climate issues [3] .
