In 374, Constantius served as proconsul of Africa . Having adopted Christianity by this time, Constantius became the successor in this post of a follower of the old Roman pagan beliefs of Symmachus [1] . On July 6, 375, he died and was buried by his wife Honoria in the Salon . His sons were Paulin and Anthony Paul.
