Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1966) and the Diplomatic Academy of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1979). From June 26, 1995 [1] to March 29, 2000 [2] he was Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire and to Burkina Faso in combination. Since 2000 - retired.
He is married, has two children.
