Davvi Girji ( Russian Book of the North ) is the largest publishing house in Norway , specializing in publishing fiction and textbooks in Sami languages .

Publishers are responsible for captioning the Ođđasat television news program in northern Samo language , a joint product of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation ( NRK ) , the Finnish national broadcasting company Yleisradio Oy (YLE) and Swedish Television ( SVT ) .
Since 1991, the Sami artist from Russia - Yakov Yakovlev [1] has been collaborating with the publishing house as an artist-designer.
