Born on a farm Fedorovsky Novokubansky district of the Krasnodar Territory . In 1944-1948 he served in the army. In 1949-1955, a tractor driver of a food factory. In 1955-1958 a tractor driver and a combine harvester at a state farm.
In 1958-1959, the test combiner of the Kuban tractor and agricultural research institute cars. Since 1959, a beet-growing link. Together with the scientists of the institute, he introduced a new technology for the cultivation of sugar beets, which made it possible to stably obtain high yields (up to 434 centners per 1 ha) with labor costs reduced by 8-10 times.
Hero of Socialist Labor (1961), honored machine operator of the RSFSR (1962).
From 1968 to 1978, the director of the Poltava rice farm, the Krasnoarmeysky district of the Krasnodar Territory. The lagging economy brought to the forefront. In 1970 he graduated from the Kuban Agricultural Institute .
